Total Preparation and cooking 1 hour 35 minutes
- 3 Large Italian green Zucchini
- 3 Large yellow squash
- 1 Pound of Fresh Asparagus
- 2 pinch of salt and pepper
- ½ cup of Herbs de Provence
- ¼ cup of Vegetable oil
- 1 cup of Mii Sauce original or spicy according to your taste.
Wash thoroughly all the vegetables. On a Cutting board cut the Zucchinis and Squashes sideways about 1 inch thick. Cut the heads off and discards the heads. In a big mixing bowl add the vegetable oil, herbs de provences and salt and pepper mix the entire vegetables in the bowl to make sure everything has been mixed together. Put your bowl on counter at room temperature for about 15 minutes
In a Pan add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for 15 minutes to obtain an Al Dente substance not too soft to be able to keep the medium hardness for the grill.
Preheat grill to high.
When ready to cook, place the asparagus and the mixed bowl of the zucchini and the squash on the hot grill until nicely browned on both sides for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the Mii Sauce as they grill.
Ready to serve on a plate and add additional Mii Sauce on the grilled vegetables.
